How does CleanFlow keep fresh and used water separate?
During a bowl refresh, water removed from the drinking bowl is collected in a separate used-water tank instead of being returned to the fresh-water reservoir. Empty and clean the used-water tank regularly.
Does CleanFlow need replacement filters?
No. CleanFlow uses a filter-free design, so there are no filter cartridges to replace. The drinking bowl, removable tray and tanks still require regular cleaning.
What’s the difference between Smart and Warm?
Both models offer separate fresh- and used-water tanks, automatic refilling and supported app features. CleanFlow Warm adds optional bowl heating with two settings: 82°F (28°C) and 95°F (35°C).
Does the Warm model need to be plugged in?
Yes, when heating is enabled. Bowl heating requires external power. The Warm model can operate on battery power with heating switched off.
How does automatic refilling work?
With smart water changes enabled, CleanFlow monitors the water level in the drinking bowl and adds fresh water when needed. During a bowl refresh, removed water drains into the separate used-water tank. Refill the fresh-water tank and empty the used-water tank as needed.
What can I manage in the app?
The Maoxga app lets you view supported water and battery information, adjust available water-care settings and receive device reminders. Connected features require compatible 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and internet access. Available functions vary by model, firmware and app version; temperature controls are available on Warm only.
How long does the rechargeable battery last?
CleanFlow offers up to 60 days of cordless use under the specified test conditions. Actual battery life varies with settings, refresh frequency and usage. Check the battery status and recharge as needed. Heating requires external power.
How do I clean the bowl and tanks?
Switch off the fountain, disconnect external power and remove the battery before cleaning. Remove and hand wash only the parts identified as washable in the user manual.
