Which feeder should I choose?
Choose Standard for app-scheduled meals, Plug-In Camera for camera monitoring near an outlet, or Cordless Camera for camera monitoring with flexible placement. All three have 5L vacuum food storage.
How is a backup battery different from cordless power?
Standard and Plug-In Camera use a 1200mAh backup battery rated for up to 3 days. Cordless Camera has an 8000mAh rechargeable battery rated for up to 45 days. Backup runtime does not confirm Wi-Fi or camera availability during a power outage.
What is different about CleanFlow water storage?
Both CleanFlow models separate 4L of fresh water from a 2L used-water tank. They offer auto refill, smart app monitoring and filter-free maintenance. Regular cleaning and emptying the used-water tank are still required.
Does CleanFlow Warm heat water on battery power?
No. The optional 82°F or 95°F warm mode requires plug-in power. Cordless operation is available with heating off. The 3600mAh battery is rated for up to 60 days under specified conditions; actual runtime varies.
